Khamrah opens loud and spicy on cinnamon and nutmeg, deepens into a sticky heart of dates and praline, and dries down into a smooth resinous base of vanilla, tonka and amberwood. The date note is what sets it apart from the crowd of vanilla gourmands — warm, syrupy and closer to a Gulf sweet than a dessert.
